Parent Teacher Club (PTC)
Elgin Parent-Teacher Club (PTC) supports our students and builds strong working relationships among parents, teachers, and community members. The work of this committee includes recruiting and coordinating volunteers, ordering and providing school spirit items, providing special recognition at awards ceremonies through honors breakfasts and end-of-the-year gift cards, organizing fundraisers, planning teacher appreciation activities, and much more.
We Need You!
The Elgin PTC meets on various days, usually from 7:30 to 8:00 a.m. in the school conference room. Everyone is welcome to attend!
The following are the PTC events for which we often need volunteers:
- Honors Breakfasts (Quarterly)
- Awards Ceremony (October, December, March, and May)
- Book Fair (October)
- Thanksgiving Bake Sale (November)
- Easter Egg Hunt (April)
- Teacher/Staff Appreciation (May)
- Elgin Extravaganza/Book Fair (May)
